Complaints

If you do have ANY complaints, please let us know WITHIN 2 days via phone or messages

Refunds

NO refund services are given after nail services is completed.

Rights to Refuse Service

In the case that a customer does not follow procedures of the salon or disrespects any of our nail technicians, our members have the rights to refuse your treatments. 

Ensuring you are happy with the outcome.

If there are any changes you want made please make it clear during the nail appointment duration. Nail technicians are advised to make sure you are happy with nail shape, length and designs.

Appointment Policy

For customers with bookings, please be aware that if you are late by 10min without any notice your appointment will automatically be cancelled, meaning you will have to wait for the next slot. If you are running late please let us know by calling 0118 304 7915.

 To keep your nails in better conditions and longer lasting, here are some tips:

When lifting things, use the pads of your finger NOT the tips of your nails.

Wear protective gloves when gardening or doing DIY jobs to prevent discolouring or  broken nails.

Some lotions or hair perms can dissolve or damage your nails/ nail polish.

Don't put your nails in any solutions you would not put on your face/body.
